About the preparation levels
What the preparation levels mean
Preparation may include education, vocational training, apprenticeship, workplace training, and relevant experience. Each maximum includes the levels below it.
Level 1 – Some preparation
May include upper-secondary preparation, short workplace training, or limited prior experience.
Level 2 – Vocational preparation
Also includes vocational education, apprenticeship, relevant experience, longer workplace training, or shorter post-secondary education.
Level 3 – Extensive preparation
Also includes higher education, extensive relevant experience, or substantial vocational preparation.
Level 4 – Advanced preparation
Also includes advanced academic or professional education and extensive specialist preparation or experience.
Show all levels removes the preparation filter. Choosing Level 4 remains an explicit filtered choice and includes every preparation level.
